Ibrahim Issa of Hope Flowers School Freed12/20/2002 Previously, we reported that Ibrahim Issa, projects director of Hope Flowers school, was arrested after IDF forces found a Tanzim commander and several activists living in an apartment owned by Issa family, The story may have a happy end. Issa was released December 20.
